Myocilin was detected in the cell lysates of TM cells transfected with Gly367Arg and wild type (lanes 3 and 5, respectively), indicated by arrow. Mutant myocilin secretion was very low when compared to wild type myocilin as shown in the fourth and sixth lanes, respectively.
