Expression of mRNA of CTGF, TGFβ1, MCP-1, and VEGF in mechanically-injured mice conjunctivas. Expressions of mRNA of CTGF (A), TGFβ1 (B), MCP-1 (C), and VEGF (D) are much higher in control group at two days than Smad7-Ad treated group. On day 14, these mRNA expressions did not show a significant difference.
