Although there was an individual difference in the expression of 7 TTT-treated eyes, it can be asserted that 8 genes but MT-1 showed more than 2 fold higher expression in TTT-treated eyes compared to controls. Controls in x4, x2, x1 columns have the template at 4, 2, 1 times the concentration of the template of TTT-treated eyes, respectively.
