Typical clinical features of pedigree CCE20. A: A peripheral, ring like opacity was observed in a 16-year-old boy (III-3). B: The family history demonstrated that the cataract was present in at least 3 generations (the proband is marked with an arrow). However, blood samples could be collected only from generations II and III.
