Effect of anti-neovascular cDNA containing AAV vectors on reducing retinal neovascularization in the ROP mouse. Angiogenic retinal vascular endothelial cells counts at P17 normalized to the control eye at 100% are shown for pigment epithelium derived growth factor (PEDF), Kringle domains 1-3 of angiostatin (K13) and endostatin cDNAs in intravitreally injected AAV vectors.
