Comparison of average scotopic (A) and photopic (B) ERG among eight-month-old LMOPC1, SMOPC1, and wild-type (WT) littermate mice. At least 16 eyes were used for each group. No significant change in the rod or the cone functions was observed in either the LMOPC1 mice or the SMOPC1 mice.
