Time course of cleavage analysis for VEGFR-1, VEGFR-2, and IGF-IR ribozymes (Rz) on 13-nucleotide synthetic RNA targets (Tar) demonstrates that the catalytic activities of the ribozymes are similar. In addition, this graph demonstrates the specificity of the VEGFR-1 and VEGFR-2 for their respective targets.
