Figure 4. Effects of different concentrations of noladin ether on adhesion of trabecular meshwork cells to fibronectin-coated surface

In the presence of different concentrations of noladin ether, TM cells were allowed to attach for three h to wells pre-coated with 10 μg/ml fibronectin. Adhered TM cells were quantified by crystal violet staining as detailed in the Methods and results are expressed as absorbance at 590 nm. Data from four different experiments are presented. Error bars represent the SEM. Asterisks denote data is significantly different from the control (vehicle; p<0.05; ANOVA with Neuman-Keuls post hoc test).
