Appendix 1. Microarray data

RNA isolated from the collected fractions was amplified and gene expression levels were determined by microarray analyses. The appendix contains two files. The complete data from all six hybridizations are included in the file "LCM_master". An unabridged table listing all genes expressed in the GCL is in the file "present_in_GCL".

To access these data, click or select the words "expression data". This will initiate the download of a compressed (zip) archive. This file should be uncompressed with an appropriate program (the particular program will depend on your operating system). Once extracted, you will have a folder (or directory) containing two raw data files (for increased and decreased expression). The files are tab delimited text. Most spreadsheet programs will import files in this format.
