Figure 4. Dose-dependent inhibition of HVA Ca2+ current by WIN 55,212-2 is reduced by the CB1R antagonists, SR141716 and AM281

Summary of the effects of 0.5 μM, 1 μM, and 5 μM WIN 55,212-1 (WIN) indicate that Ca2+ channel currents were significantly (*p<0.05; paired t-test on raw data) reduced by 20±6% (n=5), 25±6% (n=4), and 51±9% (n=5), respectively. Reduction of current by 5 mM WIN was significantly inhibited in the presence of CB1 receptor antagonists, AM281 (AM, 0.1 μM, 83±7% remaining, n=4), and SR141716 (SR, 0.1 μM, 95±9% remaining, n=5). *p<0.05; Mann-Whitney on normalized data.
