Expression of CTGF in the cells of human aqueous humor outflow pathway. A:Photograph of PCR amplified CTGF DNA from cDNA libraries prepared from HTM and HSC cells, and HTM tissue, respectively. A 740-base-pair product is seen in all three samples. Sequencing was performed to confirm identity of PCR-generated products. B: Western blot probed with anti-CTGF antibody showed the presence of an immunopositive product around 38 kDa, consistent with the known molecular weight/size for CTGF, in the cell lysates of HSC and HTM.
