Phylogenetic tree of the homeodomain found in Drosophila Prd and the mammalian Pax protein sub-class including PAX3 protein. The tree is based on the conserved 60 amino acids from Caenorhabditis elegans, Drosophila, human, mouse, Schistosoma mansoni, and zebrafish. The program Clustal W was used [38].
