MCM2 was localized by immunoreactivity in human retinoblastoma specimens. Positive nuclear staining was evident in tumor cells that are around blood vessels (BV; A) and those in solid regions (B). Immunoreactive nuclei were found sporadically within the retina in the inner nuclear layer (C,D) and the photoreceptor layer (E). Scale bars represent 10 μm.
