Chromatograms of fragment 1A, from the Transgenomic Wave® analyzer, demonstrating a "double peak" in individual P5 compared to the "single peak" observed in the wild type. The double peak was observed in 9 individuals and indicates a deviation from the wild type DNA sequence in this fragment.
