The intron-exon structure of the Norrie disease gene (contig NT_079573). The coding sequence (CDS) is contained within exons 2 and 3. Each of the seven overlapping primer pairs is delineated with arrows as NDG01 through NDG07. The forward primers are named with a terminal "F"; the reverse primers are named with a terminal "R".
