Table 1. Up- or downregulated genes in PVR retinas
Genes are listed that showed >three-fold changes in expression levels and were, therefore, considered to be up- or downregulated in retinas from patients with PVR as compared to postmortem control retinas. Two retinas of patients with PVR were investigated, and the magnitude of change was estimated by using the mean value of 7 control postmortem retinas. A fold decrease is indicated by a negative number.
