Table 2. Plasma levels of the kinase inhibitor in neonatal rats
Sprague-Dawley rat pups (12 per group) were administered daily doses of Compound A by oral gavage from postnatal day 14-21. Plasma samples were drawn at 1 and 24 h after the dose on postnatal day 21. Concentrations of Compound A are shown in nM as mean ±standard deviation. At 24 h after the last dose, the plasma concentrations were below the limit of quantitation (BLQ).
