Table 1. Plasma levels of the kinase inhibitor in adult rats
Adult male Brown Norway rats were treated for 12 days by oral gavage with the indicated dose of Compound A. Plasma samples were obtained 1, 4, and 24 h after the dose administered on treatment day 11. Concentrations of Compound A are shown in nM as mean±standard deviation. In one case, the plasma concentrations were below the limit of quantitation (BLQ). Plasma was collected from 6 animals at the 24 h timepoint and 3 to 5 animals for the remaining timepoints.
