Figure 4. [3H]Cholesterol formed 24 h after intraocular injection of [3H]acetate
Rats were fed normal rat chow and injected at 35 days of age. [3H]Cholesterol specific activity was determined using high pressure liquid chromatography with in-line radiochemical detection. Bars are means; error bars represent standard deviation (sample size was 6). There were no statistically significant differences as judged by post hoc Student's t-tests (p<0.05).
