Rats were fed normal rat chow and their plasma cholesterol was determined using high pressure liquid chromatography at 35 days of age. Bars are means; error bars represent standard deviation (sample size was 6). There were no statistically significant differences as judged by post hoc Student's t-tests (p<0.05).
