Appendix 1. Cluster analysis of genes increased and deceased in lens epithelial cells

The appendix contains two files representing the entire EASE data set obtained during the functional cluster analysis of the microarray data. The files list all functional categories where gene expression is significantly increased or decreased in lens epithelial compared to cortical fiber cells.

To access this data, click or select the words "expression data". This will initiate the download of a compressed (zip) archive. This file should be uncompressed with an appropriate program (the particular program will depend on your operating system). Once extracted, you will have a folder (or directory) containing two raw data files (for increased and decreased expression). The files are tab delimited text. Most spreadsheet programs will import files in this format.
