Table 2. Primers used to determine the expression profile for CRB1, CRB2, and GAPDH.
Expression profiles for CRB1, CRB2, and GAPDH were determined by RT-PCR on RNA samples of eleven human tissues and RPE cell line ARPE-19. To rule out genomic contamination, forward and reverse primers for each gene were designed in different exons.
