Figure 2. Expression of CRB1 and CRB2 in human tissues and RPE cell line ARPE-19
The expression patterns of CRB1 and CRB2 were analyzed by RT-PCR on RNA samples of eleven human tissues and RPE cell line ARPE-19. CRB1 is expressed specifically in retina, brain, and fetal (fet.) eye. CRB2 is expressed in kidney, fetal eye, ARPE-19, RPE/choroid, retina, and brain; it is expressed weakly in lung, placenta, and heart. GAPDH serves as a control. (Skeletal is abbreviated "sk.".)
