Figure 4. Light controlled inhibition of OCM-1 cell proliferation by anti-c-raf ODN delivered with VP22

OCM-1 cells were incubated overnight with VP22 particles prepared with an anti-c-raf F-ODN (AS-ODN) or a mismatched control F-ODN (MS-ODN). The following day, the cells were washed with PBS and then illuminated. Other culture plates were kept in the dark for control purposes. Cell growth was monitored using crystal violet staining. Cell numbers were calculated from the crystal violet calibration curve.
