A: Immunostaining with pan-PMCA antibody (5F10) revealed strong PMCA labeling in all layers of the corneal epithelium (CE). The staining was associated primarily with the plasma membranes. The stroma (S) was unstained. B: Control section incubated with nonimmune mouse IgG was unstained.
