Conjunctiva were harvested 30 min, 2, 6, and 24 h after PAF administration and subjected to RT-PCR analysis. Synthesis of IL1 (A), RANTES (B), eotaxin (C), MIP 1a (D), MIP 2 (E), and IL5 (F) mRNA is not affected at all examined time points.
