The total numbers of unique gene clusters from the five different zebrafish eye tissue cDNA libraries (naa, nab, nap, naq, and nao) are shown in the table. A cluster refers to a group of cDNA clones assigned to the same gene by GRIST [46]. The total numbers of gene clusters identified in each library are listed. In addition, the total numbers of clusters with at least two clones and the total numbers of clusters with GenBank identifications are listed for each library. The numbers in parentheses are percentages that apply to the total numbers of gene clusters for each of the different libraries.
