Table 1. PCDH21 primers (exons and marker)

The length of coding sequences and the size of the genomic amplicon are given for each exon. For IVS9-CA, the expected size range is given. Besides the primer sequences for the amplifications of the 17 PCDH21 exons, the length of coding sequences and the size of the genomic amplicons is given. In the 5' and 3' prime exon-intron boundary sequences, uppercase letters indicate exonic sequence and lowercase letters indicate intronic sequence. For the polymorphic CA-repeat sequence in intron 9 (IVS9-CA), the expected size range is given.
