HTM cells express DNAse I. HTM and HRPE cells cultured on coverslips were probed with anti-DNase I IgG and counterstained with DAPI. Control shows background labeling in the absence of anti-DNase I IgG. Shown is a representative experiment (n=3) using two different cell strains for each cell type.
