B: A graphical summary of GFP protein expression in HTM cells transfected 18-20 h after synchronization. C: The effects of transfection 19 h after synchronization on GFP protein expression in two cell types. Summaries were generated by counting digitally captured fluorescent images (at least 300 cells per condition). Statistical differences were assessed between synchronized and unsynchronized cells using Student's t-test (asterisks indicate a p<0.01).
