Graphical illustration shows cell numbers harvested after 10 days in all four groups; N, HG, HG+AS-FN, and HG+Ran. The cell transfection process did not affect cell proliferation of HTM cells grown in high glucose medium. High glucose conditions had an inhibitory effect on HTM cell proliferation. Data were expressed as mean±standard deviation, the asterisk indicates a p value of <0.05 (n=6).
