Pedigree and haplotype analysis of the large Chinese family with ADCC showed segregation of four microsatellite markers on chromosome 13, listed in descending order from the centromeric end. In the pedigree, square symbols indicate males, circular symbols indicate females, a slash through the symbol indicates the person is deceased, solid symbols indicate affected persons, and open symbols indicate unaffected persons.
