B: HREC aggregate in medium supplemented with 1 mM H2O2, demonstrating that oxidative stress blocks sprouting. C: HREC aggregate grown in medium + 1 mM H2O2 in presence of catalase administered through an AnoporeTM filter (starting concentration in the upper compartment: 400 U/ml).
