B: HREC aggregate in medium supplemented with 1 mM H₂O₂, demonstrating that oxidative stress blocks sprouting. C: HREC aggregate grown in medium + 1 mM H₂O₂ in presence of catalase administered through an Anopore^TM filter (starting concentration in the upper compartment: 400 U/ml).
