All significant genes are listed here, including those that were not confirmed by PCR. The columns list the GenBank accession number and primer name, and the forward and reverse primer sequences. The primer name is not listed where the EST is uncharacterized, where ESTs correspond to known genes, the gene name is used. Primer sequences for housekeeping genes are listed at the bottom; these are standard house keeping gene primers used by us before and are not directly associated with any ESTs on the array, therefore no accession numbers are given.
