CT26 is a minimal transfer vector (top) in which the FIV gag has been reduced to 311 nucleotides. Packaging construct CF1Δenv (middle) expresses viral proteins in trans. Envelope construct pMD-G (bottom) expresses the vesicular stomatitis G protein (VSV-G), permitting pseudotyping of particles.
