bNMT II (bNMT) retina is from bovine retina (GenBank accession number AF222687), bNMT1 II (bNMT1) is bovine liver from library screening (GenBank accession number AY007993), mNMT II (mNMT) and hNMT II (hNMT) are from mouse and human liver, respectively [8], and bNMT2 (bNMT2) is bovine liver Type II found by PCR.
