Mean (±standard deviation) contribution of the natriuretic peptide receptor (NPR) subtypes to total NPR expression set at 100% for the human retina (n=10). Expression levels of NPRA (34.60±9.50), NPRB (33.52%±8.40), and NPRC (31.80%±8.93) were not significantly different from each other (Friedman test, p>0.05). This graph summarizes the data presented in Table 2.
