Figure 3. Flow cytometry analysis of cell cycle after microwave treatment
The number of cells in G0/G1 was increased after treatment with 0.50, 1.00, and 2.00 mW/cm2 of microwave radiation. A significant reduction in the number of cells in the S phase was also observed. There were no modifications in cell cycle progression after 0.10 and 0.25 mW/cm2 microwave treatment. All comparisons are to the control group; statistical significance is indicated by an asterisk (p<0.01).
